By engaging UNIQ Agency Ltd for design services, you agree to the following terms.

Services
UNIQ Agency provides logo design and brand identity services as agreed in writing prior to the start of a project.

Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final files are delivered once full payment has been received.

Revisions
Projects include a set number of revisions, agreed at the start. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope.

Intellectual Property
Final approved designs become the property of the client upon full payment. UNIQ Agency reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes.

Liability
UNIQ Agency is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are limited.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client, the client will not be able to withhold payment as per their signed agreement.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed work or delivered files.
