2. Eligibility

To purchase and access the Course, you must:

3. Purchase and Payment

Pricing: The Course is offered at the price displayed at the time of purchase, subject to any promotional discounts (e.g., the 50% discount for waitlist registrants). All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on our website. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize UNIQ Agency to charge the applicable fees.
Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course via email or through our online platform. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the individual purchaser.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with the Course, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to nick@uniq.agency within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Usage Limit: Refunds will only be granted if you have viewed less than 15% of the Course content (measured by video watch time or module completion). This restriction is in place to prevent abuse of the guarantee and ensure fair use.
Verification: UNIQ Agency reserves the right to verify your Course usage through our platform’s analytics before processing a refund.

Third-Party Software: The Course teaches Adobe Illustrator, a third-party software. UNIQ Agency is not affiliated with Adobe and is not responsible for issues related to Adobe Illustrator’s functionality, updates, or availability.

9. Termination

UNIQ Agency may terminate your access to the Course without refund if you:
- Breach these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of Course content.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including excessive or unwarranted refund requests.
- Use the Course in a manner that harms UNIQ Agency or others.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of Course materials.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Course shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
