Objective:
The primary objective for KCS, an Irish-based sports licensing brand established in 1996, was to revitalize its brand identity to better resonate with its target audience of 12-30-year-olds and the general public engaged through social media. Facing challenges with a dated, flat brand image and a logo that lacked versatility and distinctiveness, KCS aimed to develop a modern, standout logo mark and a cohesive brand identity. The goal was to create a clean, simple, and adaptable visual system that would enhance brand recognition, strengthen its competitive edge against rivals, and reflect its strong reputation in the sports licensing industry.
